Done Right Towing

"Done Right Towing deserves far more than five stars as they rescued my family from what could have been a complete disaster. My Cadillac Escalade IQ developed a problem with its hood latch that made it unsafe to drive. We were supposed to leave that same day for a 1,400-mile trip home with our entire family and our giant dogs, but the only dealership equipped to service the vehicle told us it would be at least a week before they could even evaluate it. While arranging to have the Escalade towed to the dealership, I explained the situation to Dirk, the owner of Done Right Towing. Because Dirk is also a mechanic, he generously offered to have his driver bring the vehicle to him first so he could determine whether he could fix the problem and prevent us from being stranded. The tow-truck driver was also incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process, which made an already stressful situation so much easier. Dirk did exactly what he promised: he evaluated the vehicle, fixed the problem, and asked for absolutely nothing in return. His compassion, integrity, and willingness to go far beyond what was expected genuinely restored my faith in people. Done Right Towing is an exceptional business run by truly good people. I could not be more grateful, and I recommend them without hesitation!"

"Done Right Towing was the ONLY company that could tow my truck that had a plow on it. He (the owner?) showed up in less than 20 minutes and had it loaded up in no time. Dirk was incredibly kind, helpful, and helped turned my shit day around. I will forever use Done Right Towing and I would highly recommend this company."

"Done Right Towing truly went above and beyond to help us during a challenging moment. While on a 5,000-mile RV trip, we experienced an unexpected blowout on a rear dual tire. Remarkably, we broke down right near Done Right Towing. Despite it being a Saturday and their sign reading "closed," I noticed someone on the lot and asked if I could borrow a jack to change the tire. What happened next was extraordinary. Dirk, who was incredibly kind and helpful, insisted on doing the work for us. He jacked up the RV, removed the damaged tire, and then lent me his personal truck to drive to a nearby tire shop for new tires. Dirk even called the shop in advance to let them know we were coming. When I returned, Dirk mounted the new tires for us, and within a few hours, we were back on the road. I can’t thank Done Right Towing enough for their outstanding service and willingness to go the extra mile on a day when they were technically closed. This company and their people are truly exceptional, and they deserve an A+++ rating! Thank you, Done Right Towing, for your incredible support and for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience!"
